@David Dey Your story is awesome and inspiring! I am looking to start my career with real estate and like you I don't have a lot to spend currently on the study materials. I had to move back to another state for different reasons. What would you suggest as research/learning material. BTW please anyone feel free to give any advise!

Hi my name is Danielle

I am interested in a career with real estate, I have been taking additional steps such as working at a bank so I will have knowledge of investing, mortgage loans, and etc. I am also attending school with a major in business administration so that I will have the knowledge of different categories such as finance, accounting, marketing, and etc! I just moved to Columbia, South Carolina so therefore I don't have a lot of funds at this time to take some of the courses in which I researched. I wanted to know if there was  any advise on cheaper costing or anyway to get started with my career in Real Estate! I have been reading and researching real estate but I want to make sure I use correct material.  I love helping others and I want to be able to help others find there dream home!
