Thank you for the warm welcome! Again, great advice! I will check those sites out. Thanks again!

Thank you for your advice. We have narrowed down the area to two cities. Any suggestions on reputable websites to check rental income in the cities we are interested in? In your experience, what would be the best financing option for purchasing the property. We were contacted by Memphis Investments and they seem like a great option for new investors. Thoughts? Thanks so much!

Hello! My husband and I are interested in investing in Pittsburgh, PA. We are graduates of the University of Pittsburgh and have great real estate contacts in the city. When inquiring with a family member who is also an experienced investor who has established commercial properties in the city, the only advice he would give us is to pay off debt. Although we appreciated their advice and have already started decreasing our debt, we wanted to obtain any advice on how to get started. We were happy to discover and listen to the B.P. eBook: How to Invest in Real Estate, and found it insightful, motivating, and it also introduced us to B.P! I have also downloaded the "out of state" real estate investment guide as well. Would anyone be willing to share their experience with out of state real estate investments and possibly offer any advice? We are currently located in the Washington, DC Metro Area. Thank you for reading!
