I am turning over my rental to prepare for a new tenant and noticed how worn the bathtub doors look (scratches in the frame, discoloration along the sides, door comes off the track when closing, soap scum build up). They have likely been in the unit since 2008 (date of last renovations; I purchased in 2020). Wondering if I should replace them with new modern looking doors (roughly $300 for the new doors) or remove them altogether and replace with a curtain rod? Any advice is appreciated.
