Hi all,

I would love to get together and network. I do not have any rental property under my belt yet, but have been educating myself on the process and would love a group to bounce ideas back and forth with.

I’m in your same position. Meetups are a great place to start! Or you can post to RE pages on facebook, I like Real Estate Rookies.

Btw, what market(s) are you looking at? I’m an investor and would love to be on your list if you’re in my market. I’m considering other markets as well.

Hi Danielle! My markets are Myrtle Beach, NMB, Conway and starting Charleston as well. What markets are you interested in? You can DM me your info and I can add you to my buyers list :)

Ahh ok, I’m investing locally in California

Personally as an investor, I’m looking to buy off market distressed properties or homes that are no longer affordable to the homeowner(s). Nobody except maybe other investors wants the properties I’m looking for. I’m helping homeowners without disturbing the market that typical home buyers are looking around at. Hope this helps!

No not really, but it would mean that you’re paying your mortgage yourself

@Kwanza Price I've started my LLC because my mentor told me to. I've been investing for almost 3 months now, and have just started cold calling my call list of pre foreclosures aka I don't have any properties yet. Something I wish I knew is how much money I would be investing. I've drained my savings. Only reason is I know I'll get it back and I don't need it right now because I'm living with my parents.

I’m about 3 months into real estate investing. In the years to come I will say that I have created generational wealth.

I’m looking forward to it!

Hi Jacob, I tried to respond to your message in my inbox but I see that I was blocked. Any reason for this? If it was intentional then I’ll respect your wishes

Jeet, I’d love to discuss teaming up with an accountability partner! See you there

I second the no money thing. I’ve drained my savings and all other money i put aside except stocks. It’s been almost $10k that I’ve put in so far. Keola is awesome, I like to book calls with him for a 1 on 1. Cam is great too.
