Has anyone placed a builder on their entity docs before? Did you create a new LLC in order to do so? Was the builder inclined to move in this direction? This decision provides reassurance for the lender since I am without experience; however, what are all of the pros and cons for the investor and the builder to consider?

Hey BP fam! I am trying to lock in my first New Construction deal and need a lender. I have the land, the credit score, the capital, but no experience. How do a find a lender? How does one get started if experience is required?

I am 5 deals in and not sure if the numbers make sense to continue. Is there anyone that has a a formula to provide or would be willing to briefly chat to assist?
