In my office we manage several buildings in the NYC area. I know some of the boards are funny with investors while another building has several units owned by the same person. It just depends upon the building.

I have been on Bigger Pockets now for several months and actively looking for a experienced real estate investor to mentor. Unfortunately I have had no success with finding a mentor. I recently got a position in a real estate office, but I realize that my eye is still on rei. I have not given up on the investing side just refocusing. I start licensing classes Nov 2 and I am absolutely nervous. Thank you to all of the connections I have made

I am looking to get a buy and hold building in North Bronx area that is a muilt family unit to start out. My plan is to stay for two years as live in landlord to get capital gains. Then use money I have saved on rent and equity and purchase another unit.

Hello everyone!

I am a newbie investor looking to create a stream of income through multi family properties. I currently work part time and would like to find a local mentor in the NYC area.
