Thanks for the reply. We have a signed agreement, but it would not let me put a lien on the lot till 1 year.

So, right now, that’s it... a signed agreement.

Hi all, 

Back in March I loaned money to someone from BP.  After our initial 6 month agreement, they went silent.  I am looking for your recommendations on a collection attorney in New Jersey.   

Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated.
