Hi, my name is Daniela and I am a real estate entrepreneur from Israel.

I invested in Israel and now it is interesting to invest in the beautiful Birmingham area.

I am interested in buying a first property in the next six months and after seeing that it works buy more.

My budget is up to $150,000 and I'm looking for 3 bedrooms and at least 1000 square.

I will greatly appreciate your opinion and your help in understanding which neighborhoods are good for investment, where middle class families want to live, and which neighborhoods to stay away from.
