I’m 16 right now and I was wondering what I should do as soon as I turn 18. I want to get into real estate as meeting people marketing and negotiating is my passion but I don’t know too much about real estate or how to get loans for houses

I am a 16 year old working on trying to learn the tax law and getting into real estate. I would really appreciate if there were any cpas in chicago area that are willing to help me learn the tax law and assist me with learning the real estate tax write offs.

I was wondering how once I get a duplex how I sell it or get a private lender to get it. I heard of a 1031 exchange to build my real estate portfolio but I’m not too sure how to do it
