Its in Bay City, Michigan and i am using phone and a email. Company is A.S.A.M i am considering to drive there on my day of and confront the company owner.its 9hrs from TN. Who should i contact localy?

This is second month that the property management company has not send me my rent i have called and always the same it should be on your account 24 to 48 hrs i dont know what to do i am in different state. Please help
