@Alex Hamilton what are the terms to pay back the loan? Also, does this private money require to be first liens holders on an Investment property?
Thanks for the advice Jim Sestito
Does anyone have any advice or recommendations on the best way to cash out refinance on a property? I have a 3 family in Attleboro, MA under contract and the plan is to rehab, rent it out. Once it’s seasoned after 6 months, refinance through a local bank or credit union. Now, I am a fairly new investor with my real estate license and a few units under my belt but I recently left a regular 9-5 and want to see what my options are in order to refi on the property with no W2 income.
