Yes he definitely does. He has decent range of cabinets that would be helpful for bathrooms etc. as well please call home at the number listed for specific details. He can help you and provide you sample photos of kitchens he has previously completed

Hello,

My brother Joe is a cabinet pro in Saint Louis, Missouri and nearby areas. He offers wonderful kitchen design and and high quality cabinets for a great price. Why isnt Joe posting this you might ask. Well he is local, expanding, and I’m the bigger pockets member. So for soft close cabinets, spice racks, and a lot of other extras. He will work with you and your team to get the kitchen you want and deserve. If you don’t want a kitchen well then don’t call him. If you just want a design or consult contact him for possible pricing. Please either reference his website below or call him at (314) 226-4580. He has completed multiple amazing kitchens and is a true professional. There is no pressure to buy just call or visit. We both hope you have a wonderful day. Tell him Dan sent you from BP. http://stlcabinetwarehouse.com/

Hello,

I am attempting to create an event. However, in the event portion only US and Canada are available in the drop down. Is is possible to create an event in another country? As I am in  Japan it would be helpful to have a drop down menu with more countries available. If it is not available could there be an update implemented in creating events section @Mindy Jensen

On a separate note does anyone know of meet ups on Okinawa? I have already attempted the events page.

Hello. I am looking for some BP help. I've been wanting to buy a multifamily investment property for a while now. My problem is not only am I out of state, I'm actually out of the country. I wont have the time to fly back to look at properties so  would have to find a great deal to be able to use a property manager. Has anyone bought houses without being able to see them? Then set all of the management up from abroad/out of state? Also, is it worth the run around or should I just locate someone with boots on the ground?

Hello,

I am definitely super new however i like checklists for everything cause they provoke thought and build better procedures. As i was building my list there were a few questions that came up that the BP community can help with.

1. Am I allowed to request a current renters contract. Just to ensure the owner is not lying about thing or doing thing improperly?

2. At what point am I allowed to contact the the tenant to make sure I'm not going to have to evict them?

3. I have heard of the Due diligence period. How long is this? does it have to be agreed upon? What are the terms if you find something you don't like can you just walk away?

4. Will a real estate agent give me comps to see what the ARV is?

Sorry if these questions are basic.
