I'm obviously looking to make money here, so would you recommend MFR or SFR in that area? I know you've done both. What are the hot spots in Hartford County for buying and then renting out?

I understand the concept well, but am hoping that people can share their experiences with it. I live in southern CT - Fairfield county and am looking to buy and hold in that area. I’m having trouble finding quality multi-families at a decent price point. Should I consider single family homes? Condos?
