Hi everyone! My name is Dan. I live I live in the West Palm Beach, Florida area and I've been educating myself with books on wholesaling and assigning contracts plus a few seminars for a little while. Ive got a pretty good idea on how it all works, but just like any noob I still need a helping hand. I know the thing to do is to just "go for it" and I'm very aware of the mistakes that will happen along the way, but wanted to talk to some local investors to maybe get some more insight on the market in my area and possibly get a few pointers. Hey there Tim. How's it going? My name is Dan and my best friend is a great handyman. His name is also Dan and he does great work. His current 9 to 5 is doing yacht maintenance but is skilled in many other home repair fields such as demo work, dry wall, painting, carpentry and finishing work.
