Post: Looking for a contractor to redo rental unit bath

BP investors, I’m on a search of a contractor to redo a rental unit bathroom. The 35 year old house’s original bathroom in the tenant unit has been dripping from shower pan, likely 5-10 years. I need someone to install modular 3 piece corner shower, and put down vinyl plank flooring.

Property is in Bayonne NJ. Currently tenant occupied. I appreciate any leads, as I’m facing availability issues.

Any advice for future house hackers who are not sure if the rent-to-price ratio of the available 3-4 family homes in their area will meet the FHA "Self sufficiency rule" ?
