@David Gotsill Will do! Thanks again for your time and input!

Hey @David Gotsill Thanks so much for your input! Definitely very interesting and alot to check in to. We are at the very early stages right now as well so setting up as we go would be perfect but just want to get as much information as I can before we start talking to the local professionals.

I'm assuming all my questions can be answered with a CPA and attorney?

Hey @Roland Brown I’m sure as with any rental market there are normal ups and downs but we have been very fortunate.  Our average renter stays 3+ years but we are also very picky with who we place in our homes.

@Lucia Rushton I have properties in Whitesboro and Sherman currently, I would say as of now interested in anything as far south as Mckinney and over to Denton.

@Nick Peters Thanks so much for these resources! I've already been through a few of the guides and other material but I will definitely check them out.

Hello! My name is Daniel Huffman, I am 26 years old and currently interested in investing BRRR's and flips in the North Texas area. My parents have been investing in buy-and-holds in Whitesboro, Tx for the last 15 years and have acquired about 20 properties. I graduated from Christ for the Nations Institute Bible College in 2016 and in 2017 my parents decided to move to Woodland Park, Co and I stepped in as the property manager for their 20 homes and have been loving it! BP has been a HUGE HELP in managing tenants!

In the last year my wife KateLynn and I have purchased a fully rented duplex and a foreclosure that I was going to personally rehab to be our first home as we were expecting our first child. Took almost 3 months to close on the foreclosure house which was a nightmare of a process which only gave me 4 months to complete the rehab (Literally finished the day before our son was born!).

Currently we are working on our next BRRR with a partner and hope to build a large portfolio together.

Still working on getting my BP profile in order but look forward to connecting with you guys!

Hello everyone! My name is Daniel and this is my first post to BP. Just became a Pro member but have been through probably about 200 podcasts in the last year.

I am looking to partner with a friend for future BRRR's and flips but just wondering the best way to go about a 50-50 partnership? I'm assuming just a Joint LLC?

I know you can't technically give legal advise but I've heard many podcasts where the guests partner with others and curious how they're splitting the owning entity and taxes?

Thanks in advance!
