@Scott Trench, thanks for the welcome.  Right now, I'm looking for a mixture of flip and buy/hold while I learn the pros/cons of each, then based on that determine what's my preferred course.  I'm thinking, to get started; wholesale or flip which could gain us some larger capital to get going (3mos?) then be able to pick-up some buy/holds for income investments for the longer term 12mo+.

At least those are the initial thoughts I've had.  I live in Broomfield work in downtown Denver(RiNo) district and am interested in areas all around the metro area including some of the outer lying areas, like Castle Rock and Ft. Collins.
