I am soon to take my NC real estate exam and am trying to get other peoples opinions of the best place or people to go with for my post licensing. Any and all recommendations would be greatly appreciated! Or any advice! Thank you

@Kevin Sobilo

What would be the main difference between being a full time and a part time agent?

Other than just the hours of course

I am trying to decide whether it is better to have a license or not to in the state of North Carolina when it comes to investing in real-estate. Is it limiting? Do I have to share with my brokerage firm?

What do you think?

I am leaning towards becoming a full time agent, but I know my ultimate goal is to grow my investment real-estate portfolio and to donthat full time in the long run.

I recently came across a potential deal with a trailer park. What are your thoughts on investing in trailer parks? Is the maintenance and upkeep worth it? Can there be appreciation? Are the tenants decent overall?

Good Afternoon,

I am a Chef, well I am currently debating on stepping way from the kitchen full time. I have been very blessed in my career but I want to have a better life, spend more time with my son, have a better financial future and overall better health. I had a friend point me in the direction of real-estate and investing and I am more than intrigued. I have always had love for homes, people, managing systems and building something from nothing. Not looking for a mentor just people to give me solid advice and some real direction. Maybe meet some people in the area as well.

I have a decent amount of money to help get this ball rolling, and time. I am willing to go above and beyond to make this change for the betterment of my family and my own life.

I look forward to connecting with new people, learning new things and getting to work. I am going to make things happen!

Cheers

Daniel
