I'm just getting into small multi-family investment (just made my first offer today!) and am thinking about managing my own properties, at least to start. There seems to be so many management platforms/apps on the market. I'm looking for an all-in-one platform for maybe up to 30 units or so. I've seen older posts comparing platforms but I would guess things have changed since then. Any recommendations or comparisons? So far I've noticed that Cozy, Rentredi, Hemlane, and Buildium have good reviews/feedback. Any thoughts on those and others? Thanks in advance for any input!!

I'm new to real estate investment and have spoken to a few lenders. I had thought that I should send applications to quite a few to get the best rates/offers, but one lender told me I should just pick 1 or 2 and apply to those. Is there a reason to limit the number of quotes? My agent told me that if you submit a few applications within 1 week, you won't get charged for multiple credit checks because the credit agencies count it as 1 (they see that you are looking for a loan). Thank you!
