@John Mathewson thank you a lot, so would you recommend building a strong buyers list before starting this process? One more thing would the agent let me walk my buyers in the property?

Hey guys,

I am a real estate investor out in Nebraska, and I would like to connect with investors who have a strong buyers list and also wholesalers in Oklahoma for deals. Please leave me your contact so we can network.

Hey guys!

I have tremendous and extremely helpful real estate agent friends who send me listings that match what my buyers want. Although, I am not to sure if I can wholesale the MLS deals and if so how to go about. I know many wholesalers are skeptical about it because it requires some money down but some are able to wholesale such properties! I really wish to learn how to wholesale MLS deals so any advice would be welcome!

Stay blessed!

Hello everybody,

My name is Daniele Kouassi. I am a newbie in real estate, and I decided to start with wholesaling then venture into other areas of real estate. I have been learning for a month now and look forward to close my first deal in the near future. I am primarily based in Kearney Nebraska, but look forward to dealing in Omaha and Lincoln Nebraska, and maybe out of state at some point.

Please let me know if you have any advice for a new real estate investor, my aim is to grow big in this industry so please feel free to tell me anything you judge valuable!

Huge thank you and Happy New Year! May this year be the year when all your wishes come true!! :)

Dani.

Hello BP community,

I have a couple of buyers who are eager to start working with me. Problem is most of the houses I found that fit their criteria are under contract by other investors. I talked to a few and they agreed to partner up with me. After some research, I found out that the contract that would allow me to work with those investors is called "joint venture" or "JV". My question is how should the contract look like? Also what does it entail and how would the other investor get paid?

Thank you.
