I own a 3 unit property in Cleveland near Metro hospital and I am looking for someone to help manage repairs in the property before tenant move in and as problems arise.

Hello,

I am currently in the final phases of furnishing a 3 unit property near Metro hospital in Cleveland, OH. Since furnishing, there has been some issues that have arisen such as broken stove face, replacing a lock, and other general issues that I cant attend to as I dont live near the property. I want to find someone with a track record that I can use to help fix these issues and issues as they arise. Any help in the right direction is appreciated!

My advice is to have TWO cleaners in rotation at all times. One of them will invariably quit, no-show, or "go crazy", so you need a backup cleaner who has been to your place and can sub in at a moment's notice. And when the first one quits/leaves/gets fired, get another one so you still have 2 to rely on. (9 years of STR self-management experience talking here!)
