Post: Critique my kitchen

Hello everyone, I am doing some tenant turn over remodeling on a rental property. From those of you who have done many rehabs, and are better at interior design than I am, I am curious what suggestions you may have for this kitchen? Current plan is to rip out the carpet, it's trashed, and replace with LVP (one of the four colors, not sure which is best to choose... see attached image), replace the laminate counter with granite. Should I repaint the cabinets? If so what favorite paint colors do you all use, should I replace the sink or any fixtures? Thanks!!

Thank you all for the responses! I'll start looking into direct booking options like ownerrez and I'll also check out furnished finders.

I am interested in furnishing my condo and medium term renting it. Although I am unsure sites like VRBO or airbnb generate some form of written lease for each month long stay, as required by my HOA rules and regulations (see below). I am wondering if AIRBNB or VRBO is even an option for me and am I limited to a standard LTR. Thanks in advance for any response!
