Good Evening Mike,

I do not have a particular neighborhood in mind quite yet, but I am looking for something in the 60k-120k range that requires some TLC that I could turn into a cash flowing rental property. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

My name is Dan Dreliozis and I am new to real estate investing. I currently live in San Antonio, TX and am looking to buy a local property that needs some renovations and then rent out the property. Any advice from the greater community would be greatly appreciated!
