Hello, my name is Daniel Crisp I am 32 years old and my full-time occupation is Radiology Manager of an outpatient imaging center, but my passion is real estate investing.  I am excited to be a member of Bigger Pockets and look forward to learning and growing with all of you.  My goal is to create multiple passive income streams that will result in freedom and generational wealth for my three kids.   

I am currently in the process of building 2 duplexes near my hometown of Quinlan, TX. I am always looking for real estate deals around my area and prefer to find duplex, triplex, or quads, but these deals are hard to find. So what I have decided to start, is building these multi-family homes on a small scale build-to-rent model. The ROI and COC returns are amazing, if you find the right builder and get the land for an affordable price. I would love to partner for funding/ finding land and or deals to create multiple passive income streams.

I am also in the process of breaking ground on a high-end subdivision near Lone Oak, Texas, with 15 lots for sale ranging between 1.5 acres to 5.221 acres.  This was a learning experience and would love to develop another subdivision similar to this one. 

I hope to connect with like minded individuals so we can obtain this American dream, become financially free and create generational wealth for our loved ones.
