Hey yall my husband and I are trying to get started in short term/hospitality we are looking in Oklahoma since there are so many people from Texas that daycation there but we have never done anything like that before. We are currently renting one unit on a long term but we really have a love for airbnbs and want to explore those possibilities. If anyone has pointers or could help guide us we would be very grateful!

Hey Justin! Go out and talk to people. Tell people what you are trying to do. Don't get discouraged by what people say. Just repeat it over and over. Your words will become flesh. Dude today I found out my Barber was an investor and a BP listener! You never know who may be a secret investor and would have never told you if you hadn't shared your goal with them.

Have a good one bro!

Hey ya'll! My wife and I are new to RE and are tying to get an early start on financial freedom and our dream life. We are a young couple in Texas who are interested in investment in Montana. We are looking for some experienced investors in Montana and want to make contacts for future deal. We are currently working on our first BRRRR investment which originally was our primary residence and we had planned to be our first flip.

We decided of course to not sell even though our submarket is exploding. We are looking into stepping up to multifamily. Any help would be appreciated!

Montana interests us because of the growth potential and we love the northern climate. Oh and the Yellow Stone series helped too ;)
