@Elsa Guzman oh man, you sold your rental properties that you had in Burlington about 10 years ago, shoot, I def feel your pain. Last 10 years have been just insane in GTA. 10 years, $200k houses sold for $800k decade later, especially in Burlington. Great area

Hello Everyone, I am from Toronto, Canada and I have been listing to the podcast. I am a digital marketer by trade and am starting to explore real estate as a side income. After I saved up few hundred k, I flipped few houses in Ontario for minor profits. I am curious, anyone here into rentals? Rebuilds ? Lending or anything to do with this business from Canada ? It’s very different than USA market and almost insane to think that people in the USA pay $800 Rent on $90k property. I’m used to getting $2200 rent for $800k House. Looking to network and make new like minded friends from Canada.
