Quote from @Tim Johnson:

Hi @Daniela Pendleton, welcome to BP forums!

Wholesaling may be just right for you.... but be aware - this is NOT an easy way to automatically raise capital. At a minimum you will need to:

Figure out MA rules and laws regarding wholesaling

Get your method of required forms and legal contracts in order.....and by the way, how will YOU get paid (margin, flat rate, percentage)?

Get your method of "finding deals" in order - direct mail? door knocking? driving for dollars? phone calls? attend meet-ups?

Fortunately, most of this information and "method" can be found online for free.  And as your questions become more specific.... lots of folks here will be glad to help with suggestions as well. Best wishes.....

Hi @Tim Johnson, thanks for the feedback.

You are definitely right, it’s not just a magic, but it’s faster than me needing to save my money for 15 years, from working a 9 to 5 job with a paycheck, high taxes and high inflation.

That’s why I’m willing to learn and focus on getting the maximum knowledge I can to be able to do a great job being positive on someone’s life as they will be on mine when I find them.

I have been learning with many wholesalers “gurus” from other states, but exactly bec the variation in the law, I was looking to find someone with experience here in MA.

Thanks for the questions, I will definitely be looking to find the answers for them, just that already helped me a lot.

Hello, I’m looking to start wholesaling to try raising money faster to buy my first multifamily property. I don’t want to work as agent that’s why I find if I sell just one or two properties as wholesale I will have the money for down payment without needing to own anyone. I have checked about the steps to wholesale, but usually who does that are people in other states and even suggest where to go for title company, and everything, but never really found anyone from Massachusetts. Any suggestions on that ? Thank you for your attention.
