I just bought in Pompano beach the area is having a great growth and the city is putting a lot of money in the beach area. There is a lot of new construction going on. You may want to check it out.

Purchase price: $430,000

New construction. 5.99% interest with a 5 % down.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The rate, the sale pay the closing cost and the grow of the area

What was the outcome?

I am renting a room and leaving in the property for 18 month after that I am going to rent the property.

Hi, 

My first rental I bought it as a primary home. I live in that house for two years. I made some minor repairs and moved rent out the property with a rental company and I just bought my second property. Again as a primary house I will do some minor improvements and move again. 


my second property is a new construction, I only put 25k with a 5.5% interest rate. I just close 30 days ago.

New in the bigger pockets post world. Looking to connect with other investors. I just close in my second property last month.
