Cash invested: $118,000

Purchased in January 2021, we successfully renovated this home to create a premier vacation rental property. Our team redesigned the interior and purchased all furnishings and decor to give a stylish, comfortable environment for guests. In the backyard, what was previously grass and concrete was completely transformed into a lush vacation oasis, complete with a luxury pool, expansive deck, custom mural, chic furniture and hot tub for the ultimate tropical experience.
