I am also trying to lease to a group home in the Phoenix area and I am running into trouble with drafting a commercial lease. Do you have any recommendations for a legal attorney in the area? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@Karen Margrave that's amazing that you were able to do that. How did you go about constructing a lease for a sober living home vs a traditional residential lease? I would appreciate any advice you can give!
