Greetings all. My name is Dan. I am 37 years old and after losing my car due to not being able to make the payments I am realizing I've never really gotten anywhere with a career. I've had jobs but the closest thing to an actual career specialty might be customer service. Basically I'm way behind in the game and want to get my life going in a more positive direction.

At some point in my job searching I encountered someone who was pitching the Renatus education to me. Real estate was never an interest to me but the way their basic videos explained things got me excited. Then I hit the wall when I saw the price tag. I'll say this, given what you learn in their program I don't think it's overpriced (as compared to a college education) but there is just no way I'm going to have even 2,000 to spare anytime soon. But it did give me the interest and drive to learn more. Soon after I got access to a free course from Phil Pustejovsky and that was helpful as well. I was just as disappointed when I discovered the price tag for his apprentice program. Luckily I did a quick google search to find that price (they like to keep that tidbit until the very end) and found this group.

At present I am looking for more traditional work to get myself on the right track (I don't even own a vehicle or a suit) while also absorbing as much information as I can so that when I am able to get my start in real estate investing I will have prepared myself as much as possible.

I just joined the site and am not sure how everything works just yet but please feel free to connect with me, message me, send me any bits of advice you might have. I am a knowledge sponge and will appreciate anything you have to offer.

Cheers!
