Thanks keith, I will keep it in mind. I am looking at doing other deals to get comfortable and then I'll look into rentals

Hi Dirk, at this moment we are taking classes from succes path education and so far it has been very helpful. We are interested in wholesaling and flipping right now and after we have done a few of those we want to get into renting.

Jared,thanks for the response. we are a out of state investor and not familiar with the area so we're not sure on where to start in Orlando. We have heard that kissimee is a good place. Any advice on that? Price points are 250000 max.

I am a new investor and am looking for advice from other investors in the Orlando, Florida area.

Since we are looking to rehab properties and not being from the area we are not sure who are the reputable contractors and closing agents.
