Thanks a lot for the info Jeremy! the property is in Gorham, ME. 8 college ave. It is in a very great location, I'm just having trouble solidifying numbers because I'm not sure how much it would cost to rehab. Any advise on a good rehab loan for 7 unit rental properties...? I believe the seller may owner finance, however not sure how I'd come up with the rehab costs. Thanks again for tthe response!

There is a 7 unit I am interested in purchasing, but had fire damage and needs to be completely renovated besides the shell...how do I estimate the cost to do so? Is there someone in the town I can call to get a professional to give me an estimate?
