Hey BP I had a quick question on this wholesaling. I'm studying the books on lenders and numerous investing books and I'm starting to put a plan together and I wanted to be sure on what any out of pocket expenses am I to expect. I know this isn't a jump in and get rich thing I would just like to know so I can plan accordingly. Thanks guys.

I'm in Las Vegas, NVand I want to start a real estate investing career and was wondering (if it even matters) should I get my real estate license before hand or should I just try and get the experience first hand by going without it.
