Would like additional photos from other sides of the house.  Plus carport, driveway surrounding homes and neighborhood.  We're interested!   (I just sent you a contact request.)

Good point @Dustin Beam.  www.niche.com can show the safest neighborhoods in a metro area and KCMO has several good areas with low crime rates and higher-quality schools.  I'll look you up and buy you a coffee or a beer next time I'm in town!  (grin)

Doing my due diligence for the KCMO area, checked crime stats on CrimeReports.com and was surprised that the city listed 950 crime reports in the past 15 days! Makes me wonder if I really want to invest here. Your thoughts?! Any advice?

We are Dane & Rita Hutchins, real estate investors and Big Pockets Pro members in Orange County, CA.

We're seeking multiple buy & hold B+ properties in the Kansas City, MO area. Specifics:  3 bedrooms 2 full baths, under $100K. Some rehab or upgrades preferred, so we can build in additional equity.  Seeking investor friendly agent and lender in the KC area.

My wife and I relocated from the Denver area into Orange County, CA.  We're needing R.E. team members for fix & flip investments:  advisor, contractors, hard money lenders.  Can you recommend anyone?

Yes, sad to say, we have had dealings with the Yancey Events trainings.  We sold our soul in Denver CO beginning in June 2013 and of course we're now regretting it.  Fast forward to May, 2016, we're actively collecting information from others who have had the misfortune of investing with Yancey Events, with the intention of filing a class action suit.  If you or someone you know has been taken by the Yancey marketing fast talk, we want to know your story.  BP doesn't permit us to provide our email address here, but contact me directly through the BP marketplace. DO NOT INVEST WITH SCOTT YANCEY OR YANCEY EVENTS!

My company is buying fixers around the greater Orlando area.  We can handle most of the straightforward repairs.  But how do we tackle Lead Paint issues or Asbestos problems? How do we decide when a beat-up property should just be scraped instead of fixed?  Can you recommend rehabbers that can assist in our efforts?

Our company is encountering a few great homes in the Orlando, FL area that aren't selling because they have issues with deteriorating lead paint.  We buy fixers but will need help handling this particular problem. Are you (or can you refer us to) a contractor who can help resolve this issue?

Many thanks,

Thanks for your excellent review, Greg.  I expect to be buying and selling in the Orlando area for some time and it appears that Southeast will be an excellent part of our team!  I appreciate your feedback.

Thanks to BP members for the quick replies.  I was quite impressed by "investor friendly" services provided by Southeast Professional Title, as shown on their website.  I just submitted seven property offers, all specifying them as our escrow company.  (Left a message for Ryan to give me a callback.)

Many thanks!!
