Hey Marvin McTaw! I'm a wholesaler and my buyers are looking for property, which meets that criteria. They also want commercial property, consisting of 25+ units, in the entire Greater Atlanta area (preferably with a cap rate of 8% or better). Someone has reached out to me with a large inventory of SFHs. If you or someone you know has access to some commercial property, let me know. Thanks!
