My partner and I have 5 sfr's in an LLC. Looking to refi and purchase more. Also have substantial property individually with 90% equity. Question: can we obtain equity line of credit with only 1 partners credit score?

Has anyone used Pay Lease for rent payments and/or for submetering?

I was just told that a company called Lead Propeller made Websites for real estate investors. Does anybody have an experience with them? I was told they charge $ 49.00 a month for Website and hosting.

Thanks everyone. The purpose of the website would be to get info to  perspective tenants, and also to take applications Might also want to have one for leads from motivated sellers. Thank you Nancy for the info one free sites. Sounds like that would be just what I need to get my " feet wet ".
