Hello Everyone... I'm in Lexington and looking to meet other real estate investors in the area.  I'm a new investor looking to make my first investment purchase, so would love to connect with other investors, start assembling a team and learn.  Any suggestions on getting plugged?

I disagree about this being too much info.  The beauty of it is that you can to go any section you need for more info at any time.  You don't need to read the whole thing.  An excellent guide!  Great job.
