I am a commercial real estate broker in the Dallas market.  I have several opportunities for those looking to invest in commercial real estate.  I have investment deals both in Texas and in other parts of the country. I work with great partners that have a long track record of success.  Some examples of deals I have are below:

stabilized cash flowing shopping center - value add - NOI of $403,000 - 7.5% cap

Multifamily value add investment opportunity - $100,000-$350,000.  100% total projected return in 3-5 years.
