Coming from finance, the path of least resistance for you would probably be the lending world: underwriting, becoming a mortgage broker, etc. A path of more resistance would probably be a transition into construction, for instance. 



Underwriting does seem like a valuable and less resistance standpoint for someone like myself making a change into real estate.

I am open to the different aspects of real estate employment and learning something new to be able to get my foot in the door and just be a valuable asset anywhere I land. I want to be able to learn as I grow.
