Just joined in the community but I'm also here in OC. I grew up in Redlands, Inland Empire, San Bernardino County. I work with investors in both markets and certainly it's easier barrier of entry Inland due to the coastal pricing. Happy to share my prospective on the OC vs Inland markets for investing.
