@Bill Bodziak Those are pretty discouraging numbers. I can see why you took another approach. BTW that picture seems super accurate! Haha.

@Chris Soignier I am learning as with other members feedback that the direct mail approach is better because of the ability to filter a list to specifically target your desired audience. If I were doing a "cattle drive" Facebook would be the way to go however this is not the case. Thanks for your feedback.

More or less. We're offering a 12-month bond that goes towards building retail, mutlifamily, and medical facilities.

I'm doing paid advertising on Facebook right now but my job doesn't involve closing the deal. I've gotten 7 leads for $200. I don't know if any deals have been closed. So that's like $28 for someone interested in making a $100,000 investment.

What kinds of questions do investors usually ask when looking at investment opportunities? I'm still getting a hang of the lingo and want to be able to answer questions about my company effectively.

Hello to everyone!

I am a digital marketer looking to make waves in the online real estate investment industry the same way that BiggerPockets has. In addition to learning the basics about real estate investment, I'd like to connect with everyone that enjoys all the great new tech that is helping revolutionize this industry and bring it up to speed.

Why is the Solo 401k better?
