Everyone kinda goes through this phase, so to speak. So far, I've bought books, e-books, and 2 courses already. And through it all, some items have been more valuable than others. Both courses have been wonderful and I'm following the steps to make me become successful.....

But please know that EVERY book and course says to join your local REI group...it's so true, because I found a plethora of people who know their stuff and willing to share information for FREE or for a smaller price than the courses/nat'l gurus!! (I.e., in my REI group, we have a library full of courses that members are allowed to check out for free!!!)

I would have to echo with not simply going to Home Depot.....You need a GOOD contract. So save up for the lawyer and go for it! I asked this question to a couple of (serious & experienced) REI's too and they all said that they got their lawyers to help them.

I am about to go to a big networking event with real estate investors. I am a newbie starting out my wholesaling business, and I know that this will be a great networking opportunity. I need to print out business cards and was wondering what I should put on them.

Any help would be great! Thanks!
