Hello thank you. We are located in Cape Coral SW Florida. We have been taking care of vacation rentals for other property managers for 7 years. We are now beginning our own property management company. We'd like to attract new or existing vacation rental owners to our program. Many owners live outside the U.S. and we take care of their properties and bookings for them, for a commission. As for other firms, they all offer about the same services. But many use their abilities speaking various languages such as German or Dutch to draw owners. We'd like to draw owners from northern climates such as Canada and upper East Coast. But we are trying to understand the types of  advertising that we can do to accomplish this. Thanks again for any advice in regards to advertising.

We are trying to get properties. We need investment home buyers. My post here is to understand what advertising avenues i can take to attract owners. Then we will post our vacation rentals on those type of rental sites.

We just launched "Stay In Florida, LLC". Trying to understand how to attract our vacation rental investment owners. Any recommendations on advertising that has been fruitful in finding new leads?
