Be careful out there. Toledo is notorious for bad operators and poor quality of workmanship in many industries.

I can certainly relate to your "analysis paralysis" stage of investing! That held me back for same time as well but once you select your exit strategy and build your team you will be off to the races! 

A good investor friendly lender & agent will certainly help + groups like this and local REIA groups with opportunities to meet in person or on social media and network about off market opportunities too!

Surround yourself with successful like-minded people and you will get where you need to be!
