Post: Creative ways to find good deals within this inventory shortage

Good Evening BP Family, 

As an investor in Upstate New York for 5+ years, I have seemed to run into a roadblock with finding deals within this, "current inventory shortage". With that being said, I know the properties are still outthere, so I am hoping to pick up some new and innovative ways some of you guys have utilized to overcome this hurdle. Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated.
