@Paul Choi are you thinking: identify folks who traffic in multifamily / small apartments and contact them to see if they have any other deals etc? Thank you!

I'm interested in exploring 10-20 unit apartment complex opportunities, but I'm not sure about how to find these deals. I hear Loopnet is where deals go to die, although I occasionally do see some possibly viable deals on there. What are some other sources viable sources? Are small apartment complexes like this just exceedingly rare? Or do they live in the grey market where they are often snapped up before hitting real estate listing? 

Still just in exploratory / learning territory on these kinds of multi-units, would appreciate any advice. Many thanks in advance!
