I am super green to the market, I currently am reading “the book on rental property investing” by Brandon Turner and I this is the second week of listening to the BiggerPockets podcast all day at work while I weld. I am in the steamfitters local 420 out of Philadelphia and want to start a stream of passive income to eventually walk away from my job and invest in real estate full time, I do have a pension and annuity as well so in order to proudly walk away from that and not worry I have to make all the right moves. I currently own my house I live in now. I and the main provider in my house hold. My wife is in school and has another 2 years until she graduates and my son is in daycare so I and spread thin.
