I have a quick question. Where can I find historical price charts of real estate in my area of New Jersey. I want to see the trends price trends in my area. Is this info found on the MLS? Thanks in advance.

hey guys Damien Albino here. I'm just getting started in real estate investing. I was looking to invest in the Ghetto in the Nj area. Does any one know of any good books that teach how to get into a multi family house with little start up capital. My strategy is to buy and hold for the cash flow.
