HI! Just got here. I know I'm fashionably late to the party (sips glass of bourbon). However, couple of strategies for you. If you have equity tap into that. Consolidate, cross-collateralize (if necessary), access equity, and work on either paying down debt enough to cash-flow, or, exit strategies. Happy New Year! Or, are we not saying that anymore, lol hah! 

Super excited to be part of the Bigger Pockets network! I’m a little shy when it comes to social media and putting myself out there, digitally, so this is very new to me. I'm not a huge social media person. However, I felt inspired and compelled by Bigger Pockets to join, so here we go!
